The Dash between the dates on our tombstone
is a simple mark carved in stone that represents
our lives and what we did with them. Have you
ever stopped to consider this thought? Are you
making your Dash count?
In December 2002 the idea was born to create
a non-profit foundation called Make The Dash
Count and to launch a unique wine project to
support it. Heaven's Cave launched The DASH
Wine Project as an opportunity for vintners
in our region to join together and give back
to their communities. 100 % of all profits are
donated to the support The Make The DASH Count
Foundation. Together we are passionate about
our industry, committed to excellence and share
a desire to give back to our community. We hope
you enjoy these elegant wines with friends and
family.

Overlooking
the majestic Columbia River in the Horse Heaven
Hills Appellation, ANC is designed to produce
small lots of hand-crafted wines. Their goal
is to create world-class wines. They believe
that quality starts in the vineyard and continues
into the cellar. ANC is based in Prosser, WA
and operates tasting rooms in Prosser and in
Woodinville, WA.

Destiny Ridge, their 243 acre estate vineyard,
is located high above the bluffs on the Columbia
River, near the town of Patterson, Washington,
where the grapes thrive in the soils and climatic
conditions of the Horse Heaven Hills.

Wing-It Productions

Wing-It
Productions was created in 1996 by Andrew McMasters
and Mike Christensen to produce
Jet City Improv and other improvisational
works. Wing-It has created varying products
such as
Twisted Flicks, An Improvised It's a Wonderful
Life, and The Y2K Bash.
In 1999, Wing-It took over producing the
Fremont Outdoor Movies to preserve a fun
community event and allow for more education
of improv to a diverse community. Since its
inception, Wing-It has operated solely on performance
fees and ticket revenue. The company's goal
is to create a self-sufficient theatrical company
that creates many diversified products.
WineNik is thankful and honored to be the wine
of choice served at the theatre and for the summer in Fremont.
